Clark County Parks and Recreation is seeking performers ages 12 to 17 for its first Youth Theatre summer production. Extended in-person auditions will be held at the Silverado Ranch Community Center on Thursday, May 14, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Youth who cannot make the live audition have the option to submit an online self-tape by 5:00 PM on May 11th.
Seniors aged 50 and over are invited to the Whitney Senior Center on Thursday, May 14th, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM for the free "Roaring Senior Appreciation Day." This special community event honors local seniors with a fully catered, seated dinner followed by an entertaining live show.
