Send off the old year with a golden hour walk at the Wetlands Park Nature Preserve! We will take a walk to the Big Weir Bridge for an apple cider sunset toast. Hand warmers will be available during the walk.

As you walk around Wetlands Park, you may notice little imprints of plants or tracks left behind by the many animals that call this park their home. Maybe you saw the tracks of a ground squirrel, or the hops of a bird! Maybe you even saw the rolling marks left by a tumbleweed! While you can’t quite take home anything from the park, it may be fun to document your experiences in a cool medallion to remind you of your own special journey.
